Pour un dictionnaire de la langue du basket-ball

This article begins with contemporary observations drawn from the communicative situation of professional basketball in France. A specialist lexicon and, moreover, the presence of different languages in a context dependent on performance, leads us to question the ’language of basketball’ and what a dictionary of the language of basketball today could look like.
