• Abstract: This article takes into consideration Yves Bonnefoy’s translation about Giacomo Leopardi’s L'Infinito. The author highlights the “happy dialogue”, based on faithfulness and creation, between the two poems and she underlines that for Bonnefoy translation is an art form : that is a « forme de la création poétique ».
