AB  - Taking issue with the idea that there is a break between the writings of the 1910s and those of the 1930s, this article offers a reading of Lukács’s work that focuses on its cohesion. From this perspective, it considers History and Class Consciousness (1923) as a mediating term that allows the writings of his youth to be linked to his later writings.
