AB  - Written in the langue d’oc at the end of the thirteenth century, the tale of Flamenca is inscribed in the tradition of troubadours. The work is a privileged place for new reflection on the role of the senses in the formation and crystallisation of love. The quasi-therapeutic description of amorous symptoms and the shifting viewpoints highlight the role of imagination in desire, which mobilises all the senses of the lover but separates him from external perceptions.
