AB  - The present study is intended as a companion piece following-up on the analysis and arguments of “De ‘Ville’ à Liberté grande” (Parade sauvage, 26), which sought to assess Rimbaud’s influence on the poetic works of Julien Gracq. This article thus seeks to make a contribution to understanding the stakes of a Rimbaldian intertext in Gracq’s romanesque production, and pays particular attention to the myriad allusions to Rimbaud in Gracq’s second novel, Un beau ténébreux.
