AB  - In this article we consider polysemy in two monolingual dictionaries, Le Petit Robert and Zingarelli, with the aim of seeing if there are differences and similarities in the manner in which this linguistic phenomenon is represented. We have decided to carry out this study because our students work with two or three languages and, very often, they do not understand the limits of polysemy when they deal with dictionaries in different languages.
