From this perspective, Romain Gary – Émile Ajar and Henri Calet are perfect examples of writers who do not suit the way a name anchors identities, or at least not for long. It seems that those who approach the problems transmitted by their name by changing it are also those who, while they believe they are putting on new clothes, in fact reveal themselves the most.
