AB  - The artistic recognition of perfume is the result of a long-term historical undertaking. The objective of this article is to analyse the stages of this and show how the composition of perfume acquired its nobility by separating itself from medicine and by resisting industrialisation in order to become a creation entirely apart, facilitated by the growth of chemistry.
