Yet this omnipresent bad faith takes on a positive dimension. Transformed into an exercise of lucidity, it produces an energy which escapes the prison of the already said and enables those detours which allow the writer to make excessive claims. It becomes a means of affirming freedom in the face of an uncertain reality.
