AB  - Chevillard has always been a sort of anti-Rimbaud, in spite of his innate sense of poetry. Indeed, whereas Rimbaud claimed the need to “make himself visionary”, Chevillard much prefers to make himself discreet. Moreover, he prefers vison to vision, given how much his taste for the animal outweighs any vain passion for eternity. To tackle Éric Chevillard’s œuvre in its impossible exhaustiveness, we need, first of all, to blur boundaries.
