AB  - This paper focuses on Sitcom, or Situation Comedy. It tries to show that the reoccuring and invariant nature of the spaces in these generally neglected productions is, here, the mainspring of the ­comic inventivity itself. Through the examples of two shows, we will make the assumption that the situation ­comedy is accompanied by what we will call a « Dwelling Comedy ».
