AB  - In recent years, the increasing interest many readers have shown in neuroscientific topics, such as the question of the interface beween brain and mind, the new techniques of brain imagery or the research on the causes of neurogenerative disorders, has led some newspapers, especially Le Monde, to proposing papers on these topics using the specialised vocabulary of neurosciences. This article is devoted to listing the “neuroterms” occurring in the corpus of two decades of Le Monde (1987-2006) and to the evolution of their frequency, in order to identify emerging and disappearing neuroterms in the discourse of cultivated newspapers.
