AB  - This study and the following translations into French of 15 poems from Lucian Blaga, means to show the great value of Lucian ­Blaga’s poetry which French readers have actually no possibilty to appreciate. At the same time, this study is meant to prove that translation must be practiced as an art with passion and a full ­consciousness of the main importance of it for a real transmission of the best that every ­culture gives to the world.
