Abstract: The works of Antiquity have always been subject to translatio, translation and transfer. This process is linked to the establishment of a “tradition”, a factor in cultural identity. Its history testifies to the ideological stakes. The present volume is a resolutely diachronic and multidisciplinary reflection on this.
