- Abstract: Introduction to the papers from the International Conference on “Literary Representations and Economic Theories” held in Paris in 2013. The selected papers show that common concerns in economic thought and literature exist but that they belong to different logics. These are crossed views on the same subjects as desire, enjoyment, money, or an opposition between the economic agent and the romantic individual.
