- Abstract: Leaving behind the time of the cinematograph to plunge into the time peculiar to the baroque cinema of Raoul Ruiz, this article focuses on the adaptation of Le Temps retrouvé created by the Chilean director in 1999. In order to bring to light the way Ruiz uses specifically cinematic methods to transpose the Proustian aesthetic of omnitemporality, this study is interested in the mixture of different objects and technical devices that accompany Marcel’s revelations on his initiatory journey.
