- Abstract: In Graal Théâtre, the modern scribes Florence Delay and Jacques Roubaud adapt the medieval cycle of the Grail. With a whole series of movements, they reinvent sequences and patterns established by the literary tradition, they multiply the effects of surprise and challenge the reader. Using some specific examples, the article examines this process of reappropriation in its relationship with humour and parody.
