- Abstract: Fargue’s Poèmes challenge us to examine how a poet can use Rimbaud’s poetic model without promoting the myth of the poet. Many distinctive paragraphs show a syntactic and stylistic appropriation of a model based on the Illuminations and they lead this reference to go down in a history of modern poetry.
