Abstract: Nathalie Quintane’s writing associates, combines, and multiplies registers, expressions, and forms, and is similar to the approach adopted by numerous contemporary artists. It is a process of examining things from every angle, just as when an artist distributes, isolates, orders, and disorders an ensemble of elements. This confers on Nathalie Quintane a singular place in the literary field and also the art world where her work finds an echo, particularly amongst the young generation of art students.
