- Abstract: In a strange atmosphere, the unusual poets, Monsieur Bob’le and Argengeorge, undertake a mystical quest for truth and innocence. The representation of these enigmatic figures emphasises the fine line between poetry and theatricality. Present in two plays, poetry is both written and spoken, the object of quotations, tales, and discourses, but it can also become a spectacle: sometimes a theatre of mysterious shadows with spectacular acting; sometimes dramatic, even tragic, theatre.
