- Abstract: This analysis seeks to examine the dichotomous universes of East and West, North and South, with their associations with symbol, myth, representation, and fantasy. The author reactivates and renews the archaeology of imaginaries in a paradoxical manner, pushing them to their extreme limits. The meeting with the Other is distorted by the violence and misunderstandings of History. The exemplary adventure of the problematic hero establishes an unusual and previously unseen rapport between cultures.
