- Abstract: This paper has two principal objectives: the first is to analyse themes and names deriving from classical mythology and which are manifest in the Harry Potter saga. The second is to analyse the translations from English into Spanish, Italian and French so as to determine the strategies of translation used and the way in which they influence the final translated versions.
