• Abstract: The objective of this article is to study, analyse and discuss the Italian-Greek dictionary of the 17th century: Vocabolario italiano et Greco, a work which duly represents the vast Italo-hellenic ­cultural heritage. This is a rare edition, published in 1622 in Rome, a work of the Jesuit Girolamo Germano, and which belongs to the Koventareios library of Kozani, in Western Macedonia, Greece.
