La psychologie morale rawlsienne à l’épreuve des avancées récentes de la psychologie morale et sociale

  • Publication type: Article from a collective work
  • Collective work:
Le Sens de la justice, une « utopie réaliste » ?
    . Rawls et ses critiques
  • Author: Emler (Nicholas)
  • Abstract: The moral psychology which Rawls convokes is strongly inspired by the works of Jean Piaget and Lawrence Kohlberg. Nicholas Emler returns to these scientific sources and interrogates their pertinence in light of the most recent works on moral and social psychology. He emphasises the importance, neglected by Rawls, of the correlation between the development of formal logic and the formation of the sense of justice.
