• Abstract: Olfactory art cannot take off further without an enlightened public able to appreciate and form olfactory judgements. This article seeks to examine brain activity during the reception of works and asks whether it is possible to follow the lead of neuroaesthetic studies currently used with other sensorial modalities, such as sight, in order to find the cerebral correlates of aesthetic olfactory judgement.
