• Abstract: Not only does quantification cover a wide range of areas— both in multiplicity of grammatical and lexical quantification operators and in the variety of phenomena affected by it—but it also still remains the object of many studies across various methodological domains. Our paper, aiming to give an overview of quantification in semantics, focuses both on well studied and less explored quantificational fields, while referring to seminal works as well as to more recent research.
