• Abstract: Is a norm a linguistic entity (Sprachgebilde, Sprachverhalte)? Does the thesis hold that every norm is a deontic sentence (syntactical entity), a deontic proposition (semantical entity), or a deontic utterance (pragmatic entity)? The answer is negative. The arguments against an affirmative answer (namely, a norm is a linguistic entity, Sprachgebilde, Sprachverhalte) are both factual and conceptual. E’ vero che une norma è un’entità linguistica (Sprachgebilde, Sprachverhalte) ? E’ vero che una norma è o una frase deontica (entità sintattica) o una proposizione deontica (entità semantica) o un enunciato deontico (entità pragmatica) ? La risposta è negativa. La tesi affermativa (la norma è una entità linguistic, Sprachgebilde, Sprachverhalte) sono ‘fattuale’ e ‘concettuale’.
