- Abstract: According to Chai-song Hong, the essential property of some verbs of movement, in Korean as well as in French, is the fact that they can admit a final infinitive adjunct (e.g. Pierre est sorti fumer). We assume by extrapolation that one of the prepositional arguments of the verbs in question have a final value (ex. Pierre est sorti dans la rue).
